JTB&B (Bed and Bath) no longer offers a Breakfast option. there are great choices for breakfast options within walking distance from our property. Please ask your host for recommendations, Each room has stocked mini frig with water, sodas, snacks and coffee service all complimentary
Please read:
No children under the age of 18
Please keep front door locked at all times
Use porch for loading and unloading, do not leave the front door standing open
Check-out is 12 at noon or before. No late checkout-no exceptions
Keep all personal belongings in your private room at all times
Keep your room door Closed and locked
Do not adjust the thermostat in the foyer, your private room has its own thermostat for your comfort
DO NOT adjust lights on common areas. They are connected to a smart system and for use of all guests coming and going
Unwanted leftovers or food containers to be disposed of in outside garbage in driveway
No loud noise
Do not move furniture
No visitors during your stay
No visitors on the property
JT B&B does not host parties/social gatherings of any kind (wedding parties, birthday parties, baby showers)
No unregistered overnight guests/visitors
Room amenities and showers are limited to registered guests only
Do not give your door code to any other guest
Dining room is not to be used for eating or gathering.
Please note that you are renting a private suite, not the entire house
All common areas are equipped with motioned censored cameras and are monitored around the clock
Keep spirits limited to your private room or the front porch
Limit use of common areas to coming and going ONLY after 10 PM. No lingering in common areas
